How to Read Insight Cards
Each section of your report is organised around a trait or topic. At the top you’ll see your overall summary—what the science currently suggests, in plain English. Beneath that, we list supporting SNPs, their genotypes, and the scientific references backing the claim.
Evidence Levels
- Strong: Multiple peer-reviewed studies show consistent results across diverse populations.
- Emerging: Early evidence suggests an effect, but more research is needed.
- Inconclusive: Studies conflict or sample sizes are small. We’ll tell you when to take findings with caution.
From Insight to Action
Your genotype is just the starting point. Combine the result with lifestyle, family history, and medical advice. We include reflection prompts and actions you can discuss with a health professional or coach so that you move from curiosity to informed decisions.
